We had a wonderful time away. House had everything we needed. Perfect atmosphere for a beach getaway. Bayleys Vacation Rental Company was very welcoming and friendly. Answered all questions and concerns. This family friendly home was a perfect fit for our family and it was pet friendly. Stayed at sea view escape #23 very happy! Place was clean .nice little spot right next to the ocean walking distance and could see some of the ocean from the deck and could still hear the waves . We will definitely go back next year also a very convenient spot close to the center .

We absolutely loved this rental for our family!! It was the perfect location, so comfortable and spacious, and the condo was stocked with everything we’d need, even toddler plates for our two year old! BVR was so accommodating every time I contacted them with questions, honestly every part of our trip was so smooth and easy. We were a little worried about how noisy it would be with the hotel being located right in downtown, but we really could not hear a peep from our room! And our two young sons slept wonderfully. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely space, cozy and comfortable! Walking distance to beach but far enough away from the pier you can't hear it. Loved the outdoor shower to get some of the sand off before going inside.

Great location! Short distance to beach. A little longer walk to the pier but a nice walk. Perfect accommodations for 7. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved Tami Lyn’s next door. Breakfast was phenomenal! Very prompt responses when needed something. Would stay again!

Main living space is great (renovated kitchen, dining, LR), views and beach access are lovely. Bedrooms are small and very dated (master is OK). 2nd bath is cramped and old. 2nd bedrooms have small cheap beds, not comfortable. Clearly bottom living area of house was renovated but nothing else. For the money I would have expected a much higher quality experience overall. Entrance area is super weird and exterior of home is shabby looking. 4 stars for the main living space and beach proximity.
