We had a wonderful stay – myself, my husband and my 6,4, and 2 year old children all enjoyed our time at the beach. We could have done without the harassment of the old lady from cottage 4 (owner perhaps?) telling us to get out at 10am. We were packing the car at 10:02 and trying to get the kids in – we were not in the cottage anymore everything was out. We left the property 10:11am. Her nagging and threats of charging extra were completely unnecessary. It was too bad to have to leave on such a sour note, Otherwise our stay was great.

Was nervous with zero reviews but looked beauiful. The reason for no reviews is we were the 3rd or 4th group to rent this house. Everything was brand new. Walk out the door turn left and theres the ocean. Resedential area so a lot quiter then the strip. Cant say enough about Bayley Vacations. Always sending texts to make sure everything was going great. Cant say enough good things. Will be back for sure. Martin family

Bumblebee is the PERFECT house for a relaxing vacation. Updated house with everything you need and more! Easy short walk to the beach. Quiet safe location and quiet back patio for relaxing and making s’mores. We were a family of 7 teens and adults and did not feel cramped for space. Highly recommend a stay here. Planning to return next summer !!

My overall impression was that the place was REALLY clean. It was also well-stocked, and we loved the close proximity to the beach. I only wish that we would have been given a heads-up on someone stopping by to clean the grill at dinner time on the night we had planned a BBQ, otherwise the communication of the host was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Daydream! The house was just close enough to the beach for a quick walk but also located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for relaxing at night. The house was great for our family, plenty of entertainment for our kids between the Arcade games, foosball table, Super nintendo, cornhole etc. And also great for the adults with the spacious backyard, fire pit and cabana. The beds were very comfortable, the host was very responsive and helpful. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids) had a great stay! The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach and a block from a corner store. The kitchen feels spacious with vaulted ceilings and a skylight, and it’s well-stocked with pots, pans, a full-size fridge, and a stove. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the second bathroom was a big plus (although the upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a lock, and the shower is a bit tight—perfect for kids!). The loft area is a hidden gem with a beautiful ocean view, which isn’t shown in the listing photos. We had a movie night up there, and everyone fit comfortably. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, and communication was easy via text. We appreciated having cleaning supplies handy to manage the beach sand. The AC and fan kept the place cool, though we preferred to keep the windows closed at night because of the loud train horn. Just a heads up: there’s no dishwasher or on-site laundry, and drying towels was a bit tricky without many hooks (bring extra hangers!). Also, the stairs up to the unit are a bit steep, which could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

This house has EVERYTHING you need and MORE! This fully up to date and recently renovated house has thought of everything to make sure you have a true vacation experience! Quiet street, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to town activities and shops yet far enough from noise! Back deck so peaceful. Washer in dryer in very clean tidy basement was super helpful. Huge kitchen with ice maker made for easy meals and cool drinks for beach. Rooms spacious. Beds comfy. I would highly recommend this home. Definitely planning to return!

This cottage is cute and cozy, and such a great location! Right on the salt marshes, walkable to Pine Point restaurants, and bike-able to Old Orchard Beach. It was super clean, REALLY comfy bedding, and Bayley Vacation Rentals was very communicative and helpful with guidance on check-in/-out, recs, and just checking in on us to see if we needed anything or had questions.

tourist-y busy-ness of the nearby Orchard Beach. A block walk to a beach entrance and some close-by walk-to and drive-to restaurants. A little Maine-sque-Tiki-Bar kind of place is a short walk away. Salty Bay I think – although I called it the Crusty Crab while we were there. I assume the Bayley people are girls, although I don’t actually know that to be the case, but they are always as sweet and helpful as can be. Very pleasant all around.

We all loved the convenience is to the beach area and the cleanliness. The only thing we didn’t realize were all the steps getting up to the main area and the upstairs family room. Otherwise it was a nice place. Had all the amenities except for a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Would recommend to most people except for handicapped.

This is our third time staying at Nautical Point and it keeps getting better and better. What an amazing family vacation we had with our extended family. We were right on the beach and it was super easy for my 81 year father to join us by the water. On days that he didn’t make it to the water, he LOVED watching his grandkids play on the beach from the wonderful deck off the house. The house was super clean and very spacious. Loved how Bayley Rentals had an agency come by on many occasions to take the trash that accumulated as the week went on. Bayley Rental is awesome to work with. Very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you for this opportunity to make amazing memories with our extended family. 💕

Overall good experience with this property. We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years in NH, ME and Cape Cod so we have realistic expectations and do our research. We enjoyed the backyard and porch and the easy walk to the pier and beach. We found parking on the property difficult. The driveway is very narrow with stone walls on both sides. We were unable to park in the back because of the owners vehicle was blocking access and contradicts the pictures and listing. Everything was functional as expected. One of the bedrooms had a king bed which did not match the pictures. The 2nd floor bathroom needs updating.

The property is at the end of King street in Pine Point. Due to its location there was little traffic during the week, and it was very quiet. The outside of the house was rustic and not usable, but the enclosed back yard was well maintained. Inside, the house was very clean when we arrived. There were fans in every room and they maintained a nice cool environment. The large kitchen was well furnished and a nice focal point for many conversations and easy to work in. The gem of the house was the large living room with an adjacent porch with views out to the marsh A beautiful and very restful setting.
The kids loved the basement which had a pool /ping pong table, and an air hockey game and three beds. Upstairs in the split level there were 3 bedrooms that were adequate size and another bedroom in the bssement level. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained but two were a bit small for a family.the beauty of the house was that it was expansive and Everybody hadcspacectondo whatever they wanted even during rainy days. We would definitely come back. It is a good find

There were 7 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-20yrs. There was plenty of room. The house was extremely well stocked in the kitchen. The appliances were phenomenal. Our only complaint was that the AC was not what we are used too. The outside temp was in the 80’s and the AC could not keep up. The fix was to open a few of the many windows and that cross breeze made everything great!! Overall a wonderful place and we would definitely rent here again.

I have rented several of the Bayley homes and as always they do things right..this is a comfortable little home with a first floor bedroom that was perfect for me. The closet in that room holds the washer snd dryer which is a little odd, but we made it work. The refrigerator was amazing and having 3 bathrooms was so convienant. I liked that any questions I had were answered quickly and the process of checking in snd out was easy!!! Bravo Bayley! You do a great job😀

This cottage is in a great location within a short walk to one of my family’s favorite places – Pine Point Beach. Everything was clean and comfy. The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but manageable. Management was super friendly and easy to get in touch with for questions. I wouldn’t think twice about rebooking this property.

The house was amazing and we had such a great time! It was plenty roomy for 7 adults and a really nice place. It was a quick stroll to the beach, basically right across the street. A huge backyard with a nice fire pit and an outdoor shower to wash your feet off. The management company was kind and checked up on us via text to ensure we knew how to reach them if needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Biggest issue, the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable, so much so that my son rented a room elsewhere. The vacuumed cleaner had human hair impacted in the brushes and had to cleaned before it could be used. The location was very good, close to the beach with access to several local establishments.

we arrived a day later than we booked and left a day early due to personal reasons. The house was lovely and a short walk to the beach. Only issue we had was there were not enough pillows on the beds (two very small pillows for a king bed, one for a queen) and no extra blankets. We ended up purchasing additional pillows and blankets for the house and left them there. Hopefully they will keep them and let future guests use them.

We stayed in a great little two-bedroom apartment which was large enough for our family of 5. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer inside of the apartment was a HUGE bonus. Location is great as it is only one block from the beach entrance, and it is a short walk to the pier. I was happy to not be so close to the pier that we could hear the noise and traffic all night. The train behind us didn’t bother us at all.
We will definitely consider this spot the next time we visit Old Orchard

The property is very nice, clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach – we loved being able to head back for lunch and a sun break. The pier and restaurants are walkable, but your far enough that its not crazy busy. As others have noted, the train is close by – but it didn’t bother us or our kids. Communication with the ‘host’ company was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely cottage. We were there during a hot spell and AC in bedrooms made sleep possible. AC in kitchen, but No AC in living room area. Too hot to use glassed in front porch. Very Clean and comfortable. Only critique: large kitchen virtually impossible to cook in–no knives and few kitchen utensils; no cork screw. Okay if warming up take-out, but inadequate otherwise. Cottage located on a busy street with good parking.

The accommodation is good and very close to the beach. However, we did not understand where the BBQ and shared space were. Also, not being American, I did not have access to my SMS, so it was not ideal to receive the door code in this way. I would have appreciated being able to access it by email. The wifi is easy to access and effective.

I was nervous when the weather report came thru to expect 90s that the window units wouldn’t be able to handle keeping my dad comfortable, but it was great and we didn’t blow a fuse! It’s a quirky old house but it’s the third house from the beach. Location couldn’t have been better for the price. The roses were in bloom in June and it was a dreamy, aromatic walk to the beach. Beach did have a fair amount of seaweed :/ Host was very responsive. No significant issues.

The house has everything you need for a summer weekend. The pool area was spectacular. The game room kept us entertained all weekend when it rained. Close to beaches, train, and Portland. Would go back and stay anytime! Wonderful hosts who were proactive, accessible, and easy to work with.

This was a charming little cottage right next to the beach. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The house was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The laundry and dishwasher in the kitchen made a week at the beach easy clean up at the end of each day. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen or on the grill and ate at the patio table outside. Very clean and updated house prefect for a family of four.

The Hidden Cove was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and best of all- location… a short walk to the beach and restaurants! The only thing that would have made it even better would be more private outdoor space. The cottage is located directly behind another rental house and the picnic table/grill are only a few feet away from the house’s back deck. There is another cottage further behind on the marsh edge. That said, everything was as pictured.

We stayed for a week at this property. I was very pleased with my stay. The description of the property was very accurate and I had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, totally walkable to the beach and the fun at the pier. The house was clean and had everything you’d have in your own home. The yard was amazing, with a grill and fire pit. The deck was nice to sit and enjoy the evenings or in the morning with a cup of coffee.

This was our 3rd year in a row visiting Old Orchard and our stays keep getting better and better. This condo was CLEAN and the location is superb! Our family of 6 loved every aspect this place had to offer from friendly staff, easy access to beach, the indoor pool, and a large condo with 2 well cleaned large bathrooms 😊 definitely hope to stay at this building again. It had a very nice side balcony that gave a good view of the ocean and while I may try to find an end unit (beachfront facing) next time, I would absolutely return to this exact condo. Loved our stay.

Great location, close to public beach and quick shoot out to Pine Point & the Pier. The stairs are narrow and steep just something to be careful of if you book. We had a water issues (not the property managers fault but the town of Scarborough). The managers were very responsive and called plumbers who came right away.

The Sandbox was a great place to spend a long weekend – the house is very small but the space is used extremely well. You have pretty much everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break, in a charming, comfortable little house. The location is awesome – a quiet stretch of beach in walking distance, with great food also walking distance from the house. Very well-managed operation and well-cared for property.

Great cottage & location! Just steps to the beach! Very clean place! The one thing that wasn’t available was the extra bedding for the pull out couch. Needed to buy that while we were there. We thought having a coffee table with storage would be ideal for the extra bedding for the pull out couch. My sister and I went with our mom who is dealing with a knee injury but is still able to get around fine, but with some assistance walking on the beach. She thought it would have been nice to have a walk in shower or at least a bar to help her get in and out of the tub easier. We had a very nice time and recommend this place very much! Old Orchard Beach is beautiful! And this spot is fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It’s just what a beach house should be – bright and uncluttered. The beds and furniture are all super comfy, and the garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Check in and check out were easy.
The only thing I would note is that the yard crew comes at 7:00 a.m. on Friday morning and starts using their equipment under the bedroom windows, so don’t plan on sleeping in on Friday… but other than that it was really great.

Our family loved our stay at “Blue Doors by the Sea.”
Upon arrival we were all pleased how utterly spotless the house was, and totally ready for our arrival.
The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes so we never worried about preparing our family dinners.
Rooms were stocked with towels, beds made, and a great perk: each room had a mini-split so we were all able to control the temperature to our own comfort!
A big tv (we didn’t use it, but it was there) and a comfortable living area that fit us all, plus a great outdoor area with a grill/smoker that we made the most of!
We found the owners of the property very responsive to our calls, emails and texts – both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in OOB and this house was perfect for our family. It’s very comfortable and is well equipped – with lots of extras too. Kids loved the basketball net, the firepit, the games… The location is very close to the local food market, and main tourist souvenir shops and only a 15 minute walk to the beach down Walnut street. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay, the beach was right there. The kitchen at this property was extremely small so we did very little cooking. I think the check in time should be earlier than 4 as the whole day is really wasted, not being able to park on the property until 4 was a real bummer. Overall the property was nice just a bit small.

We had a great time at the Otis House for our summer beach vacation. The house is gorgeous, clean, updated and very close to the action but still quiet and peaceful. The section of beach it’s on is also very nice and quiet.
There were two things that kept me from a full 5 star rating:
1. When we came home for lunch on Sunday, a Uhaul truck was in the driveway (not marked Bayley) and a man was inside the house. He stated he was there to fix a light and we should have received notice. We did not. That was a bit upsetting with all our personal items in the house and no notice ahead of time.
2. The queen mattress in the upstairs bedroom is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on. It’s extremely stiff and we woke up sore the first few days we were there. A suggestion would be to put a topper on it that’s more comfy, even an egg crate foam would work.
Otherwise, the place is fabulous and we would absolutely recommend to others looking to stay in Scarborough/OOB area.

The house has a great vibe – eclectic and interesting (in a good way!). Great location and great features. Great for families – we had a big rain day and there was space to play games/read/chill. Arcades/pier are in walking distance. The beach is literally 50 yards (but get there early). I’d love access to a clothes dryer is the only change.

Very nice home with three separate living quarters separate but still close. Had an amazing time with family. Played Yahtzee every night. Close to the beach but not too close. Nice part of town felt very safe. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. Hope to come back again next summer 🌞⛱️😎

Our week at the beach was absolutely wonderful and it wasn’t thanks to the weather! The Blue Doors By the Sea property was everything we expected and more: a well stocked kitchen, a nice living room to hang out in with family, a wide screen tv (which we didn’t use, but could have) and so much more. Close to the beach, the pier, and all the surrounding fun of Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough, but set back so it was quiet. We were pleased to find a pellet grill/smoker that we used to make a few great meals, and the giant fridge plus mini fridge gave us plenty of room for all our food and beverages. Each room has its own mini-split to control the temperature- another great plus. We usually spend more time outside but due to the inclement weather of our chosen week, 10 adults and 2 infants fit comfortably in the house. I’d recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Scarborough/Old Orchard Beach area, our family loved our stay!

Our family just returned today from staying at the Niblet cottage. The easy walk to the beach was wonderful. The cottage was adorable and perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. The neighborhood folks were kind. Lots to do in the area – nature walks, canoe in the marsh, whale watching, and Old Orchard Beach. The minor issue was no dishwasher or hairdryer like mentioned, but again that was small, not significant where it impacted the trip. Would defly recommend this location to family looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach. The beach access was gorgeous, quieter than OOB. Took some great pictures of family together! And the host communicated exceptionally well and provided fantastic recommendations in the area. Awesome opportunity!

Very nice area. Wasn’t sure if we were supposed to access searose to head to the beach or go out to east grand and around. Otherwise very nice property. Only downside was that you accessed the bedroom with the bunk beds through the main bedroom. But wasn’t an issue cause it was all family.

We spent two weeks, the first with immediate family and the second with extended family. We loved the immediate access to the beach and walking distance to the cute shops at Ocean Park and a bit longer walking distance to Old Ocean Beach pier and shops…though we spent most of the time at the house and on the beach. House was well maintained, had an excellent gas grill that was well supplied with propane, and a good collection of beach chairs and beach toys…only needed to supply your own beach umbrellas and cooler. We are definitely interested in returning. Only suggestions I would make – there were not quite enough plates and silverware for full house of people – so had to run the dishwasher a couple of times a day, and the AC did have to work hard during our stay and to keep rooms cool often needed to leave bedroom doors open – house was cool enough though. One other minor thing? Some room darkening shades – sun comes up early on the Maine coast in July!

Clean and cute property in OOB. Communication was great and when we accidentally got locked out someone was there to assist within 10 minutes. Looks just like the photos. FYI the train runs very near but didn’t bother us – in fact the kids loved it when they saw it (maybe 2x a day). The beach is a 3 minute walk. Recommend!

The Beach Abode is well located, 1 block from the beach and 15 min walk to The Pier and Palace Playland. The place was clean and confortable. My only complaint would go the the key system. A code is perfect while travelling since you don’t have to carry around the keys but I think a code door lock would be an improvement. We found the actual pad lock system not easy to deal with when your hands are full with beach stuff or groceries. It would avoid also a situation where somebody took off with the building key and we couldn’t get in.

Lived up to my expectations. All five family members liked the space: 2 adults and 3 children (2, 9, and 10). Listing was very accurate. Would definitely recommend. What’s not in the listing, but I thought was especially nice was that it was an end unit (and at the end of the property right next to the woods) so there was lots of privacy. Also didn’t know about the roll-away cot in the bedroom closet upstairs — could have used that for our toddler instead of her portable crib. Linens and towels were plenty and there were more than enough pillows (with all the extras in the bedroom closet). Only thing we couldn’t find was bedding for the sleep sofa in living room; saw a blanket but no sheets. Nice and clean and a relaxing space. I especially liked all of the windows and sky lights that made each room feel airy and bright. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication. When we first arrived, I had a couple questions which were answered very promptly when I called.

We just returned from a great stay at Family Tides! There were 14 of us total (6 adults, 8 kids) and the house accommodated us all very comfortably. Lots of amenities – a well-stocked kitchen, Sonos, wifi, streaming capable TVs. The walk to the beach was very short – so short people could go back and forth to use the bathroom or retrieve forgotten items easily. It was close enough to Old Orchard beach to head down for the arcade/amusement park, but far enough from Old Orchard beach to escape the chaos! The beach was great too – pretty good waves but safe enough for our little ones. We will definitely consider staying at Family Tides again if we return to the Old Orchard area. Ground floor was not the best. We could hear everyone above us. The patio faces the busy street. Our first night, random people were peeking into our windows so we never had our blinds open the entire time. For the price, the check in and check out times were disappointing. Having to use the antiquated key lock box each time of entry to the building was also cumbersome, as our hands were usually full and the lock wasn’t the smoothest. In hindsight, I wish the property was listed as ground floor with details of check-in time as well as acknowledging that the train runs in close proximity (<1 block away) and frequently, as it was extremely loud at 10pm and 6am.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. Any more and it may be a bit tight, but it was very clean, and the AC was wonderful and needed! When they say 1 min walk to the beach, that is the truth. Everything was as described. My only comment was that the automatic porch light that came on at night was so bright, it light up the living room and was hard to sleep, even with the blinds closed. Some darkening curtains or shade would help. Other than that, we would definitely rent again. Such a wonderful place!

Charming Old Victorian House right by the beach. Small rooms but clean. Steep old stairs to upper 4 rooms. Home isn’t in great shape. Kinda just patched up. All the beds are doubles so when they advertise 10 people it’s 2 per bed. There is a beach bar right by the house so it’s pretty loud and busy on that street at night. And no air conditioning. That was the biggest problem because it was hot when we stayed and the upstairs was roasting. Even with fans it was still very difficult to sleep. Our kids complained the whole time they couldn’t sleep. The location was great to get to the beach and pier area but the noise and lack of A/C keeps me from wanting to rent this place again

Great location! Beach is only 3 min. drive. Very central to where we wanted to visit – Portland and Kennebunk area. Sleeping arrangements very comfortable for family of six. May want to consider bedroom with trundle beds is only comfortable for three people as no room for both trundles to pull out.

The property is literally 20 feet from the ocean in a very family friendly neighborhood. The property had everything you needed and more for the very best beach vacation. The property included an outdoor shower for cleanliness after the beach but before you come inside the cottage. A private outdoor grill overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing breeze that comes along with it. The indoors of the cottage has every amenity you would need including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart tv, and two very cozy bedrooms. Within a few minutes you could walk to the local shuffle board courts in Ocean Park or a stroll into OOB for a fun adventure at Palace Playland or the numerous restaurants OOB has to offer. With private parking on the property you really feel very secure, cozy and stress free. My family recommend this property to anyone and give it a 10 out of 10. What a great stay and we miss it already! We can’t wait for next year!

perfection location!! the beach was a stone’s throw away (5 min walk) and close to little shops, markets and beach/snack stands. (we especially enjoyed tami lynn’s place — a little market right around the corner).
the house was large enough for our group of 7 (+ one dog!) and was comfy. I was also really appreciative that dogs were welcome.

The property is stunning, its right on the ocean. Its a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The beach is not over crowded so you can stretch out and enjoy the day.The owner is on site and delightful. The unit is clean bright, the two AC units does a proper job cooling down the unit. We were 3 adults. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Really close to the beach. The shower could use some renovation. A few small cleaning issues (mattress cover, side of the fridge, and stove top) but nothing that would stop me from coming back! It’s a super quiet area. We absolutely loved staying at The Otis House. The house was well kept, very clean, and fit our two families of 4 comfortably.
The location is steps from the beach (a beautiful, quiet beach), a short walk to a local market and some quaint restaurants, and you can also catch the trolley into the OOB. We will definitely be re-booking for next summer!

The place is on the first floor and there is a LOT of foot traffic right next to the windows, so we didn’t feel comfortable opening the blinds. However, the place was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the beach access was very close. Overall, not a bad spot if you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind the busy vacation vibe.

This is a beautiful condo in an amazing location. Only 2 blocks from the beach and an outdoor pool, gym and tennis courts in the condo complex. It is also only a mile from the pier and restaurants.
The only thing important to be aware of is, only 1 of the 2 bedrooms is air conditioned (the bed with the 2 twin beds is not). We found it very difficult to get the room to a cool enough temperature for comfortable sleeping, especially because it’s on the 3rd floor. You’ll also want to bring as sleep mask, as both bedrooms are bright (lacking skylight shades).
Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and Allison was very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were with several families – multiple adults, multiple kids. We had no issues with accommodations. House looked and was exactly as shown/described in the pictures and details. Very well kept. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful private property with a nice in-ground pool. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook/BBQ at the house should you want to. Convenient location; lots to do in the immediate area; 10 minute drive to the beach. Lots of local eateries in the area within minutes. Breweries, bakeries, breakfast/lunch/dinner spots, ice cream.
Only a few minor issues which they were quick to respond to within minutes via text.
Easy check-in/check-out. Would be happy to stay at one of their properties again – we plan on returning to this very one! Thank you!

We loved this house. We are a family of grandparents, siblings, and small children. We loved how quick the walk to and from the beach was (for naptime) and the house is absolutely gorgeous! It was really great that every family had their own bathroom. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the deck and watch the birds and the waves. Great location, short walk to coffee, bakery, and ice cream. Quiet street and all the amenities we needed for a beach week!

This house accommodated our group quite nicely! The home was clean, property was nice. Unfortunately it rained for most of the time we were here, but despite this the house never felt crowded. On the day it was not raining, it was only a short, easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach; about 15 +/- walk to the pier. I would definitely recommend this home if you have a larger family/ group that you’re traveling with!

This house suited our sibling reunion perfectly. It is the second summer we stayed here! The house is clean, bright and cheerful and very well appointed. The location right on the beach is absolutely wonderful. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal for our week, we still had the view from the main floor kitchen and living area. Hope to be back again!

Nice historical house with lots of spaces. We enjoyed the pool, our pets enjoyed the garden and overall the experience was very positive.
Only recommendation to the owner is that the house layout is not very convenient and some the rooms were too small. But it can host 3 families comfortably.

The house was the perfect size for our multigenerational family vacation. There was enough from for our 72 yr old mother to relax and my 2 yr old nephew to play. The kitchen is the epicenter of the home, the bench seat and coffee station was a great place to relax and socialize with the while making dinner.
The beach was so close and easy to access, it was exactly what we hoped for abc d so I much more!!

What a joy to drive up to this home every day after a long day of sightseeing! The front porch is so welcoming and the house itself has a great energy and is very comfortable! Minutes to the beach and the fabulous Main Street with great places to grab a bite to eat!! Would definitely stay again and no hesitation in recommending the Dancing Queen to others! An absolutely lovely place!

Sea Breeze is a house meant for hosting ~ and it had a great collection of gear in the kitchen as well as beach related gear had we so chosen; given that we were there for Christmas the beach was best for walking on.
The shining star of the show however were the people at Bayley Vacation Rentals. We arrived on 12/23/22 in the middle of a monster storm, flooding and then closing the access road to the house. Monique, Allison and the team kept us in the loop and then, when we were able to get there but were hopelessly lost due to the lack of visibility, talked us to the front door. A nicer and more considerate group of people we could not imagine. They brought in supplies in case the power went out ~ it didn’t ~ and responded to our few glitches quickly.
The house is large, able to handle our needs with 2 energetic kids, older adults and those of us in between. Unloading the cars, in the middle of the storm, was easy-peasy as we were able to do so through the garage, staying out of the rain and whipping wind. The house was super clean, easy to navigate and had some choices for seating.

While our check in process was delayed due to technical difficulties, our stay in this home was enjoyable. The house is spacious, the kitchen is incredibly equipped (which was amazing as we were staying over the Thanksgiving holiday), & the view from the living room(s) is beautiful & relaxing. We also enjoyed being able to play darts & ping-pong in the basement! The fact that we were able to bring our pups with us was a huge plus. Pine Point seems like a magical little place, & we hope to visit again soon.

Very well located, this super well-equipped house made us experience magical moments as a family. Spacious and warm, typical of the East Coast of America. A one-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet area, very close to the wonderful Baileys fish market. All members of my family loved it.

Beautiful home with lovely furnishings and a great vibe. Centrally located in town and walkable to beach. Lovely host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Thea is knowledgeable about the area and was able to give suggestions and recommendations of “things to do.” I plan to visit again and would highly recommend for a great get a way.

Very quaint beach house in a cute town.
Please note that it is not beachfront but 1 block to the public access beach entrance (short walk, about 3 houses down).
Looks rustic and old but is clean.
Sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Dining table is a little tight for 8 adults.
Kitchen is equipped and there’s a BBQ grill outside. I wish there’s some kind of outdoor seating, maybe like a patio set or picnic table.
Walking distance to a few restaurants.
Best part is dog-friendly house and beach!

Management is very responsive and very communicative. House is immaculate and kitchen well equipped. Keurig coffee. Just 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The road in front is busy, but it didn’t bother us at night. The ceilings are low downstairs, Maybe 6’6″? Upstairs rooms are dormered with very low head clearance in some places. One full bath off kitchen + 2 half baths. We had a great time.

The Scarborough house was in a perfect location. The beach was a half block from the house and you could see the ocean from most of the windows. House was very upscale. My only issues were with Bailey Management and some of their policies. Be very careful since if you misstep you might be fined for minimal infractions. After we rented and paid our fees, we were informed that there was a charge for beach towels and blankets for the beds. Considering what we paid for the week, it was a bit cheap in my mind. Never rented an upscale house where beach towels and blankets were not provided free of charge. Otherwise they were very responsive as a management company.

The property is very cute. Plenty of room so that one is not on top of each other. Plenty of on-site parking space. Loved the outdoor shower for the kids and washing off sand. Quick walk to beach. Our group had kids from 7 months to 10 years old. The proximity to the beach allowed us to maintain their schedules for lunch breaks and nap time. The beach itself is very kid-friendly as the water level stays low and the waves are not overwhelming. Downside: No washer/dryer. (I would have sworn a washer/dryer was in the description when I booked). Also, while I did not examine the upstairs closets, the first floor bedroom closet could not really be used as there was a lot of things in there using up the closet space. Kitchen cabinets had a lot of dishes, storage containers, and pots in pans to the point it was over kill. As a result of all of the “stuff”, there was not much space left for our groceries, so we stacked on top of the refrigerator, on the small counter space, and the kitchen table. Note: All “Downside” items can be fixed very easily if the property takes inventory of what is there and what is really needed. OVERALL: I Loved the place and would definitely go back!

Super clean and lovely unit equipped with most everything you would need for a beachfront getaway. We’re big cooks and noticed missing a few key cooking items (a pot big enough to fit a few of those tasty Maine lobsters!) While the beds were on foldable frames, they were really comfortable. Minimalist and chic décor was easy to keep clean with three teenaged boys. The flooring cleaned really well with just a sweep to capture any sand from the beach. Enough room to sit 5 at the dinner table or on the couches and loveseats. Master bathroom doesn’t have shelves or space to store your toiletries but the dressers and side tables are large enough to utilize extra space. Excellent communication with Bayley Vacation Rentals throughout. Would definitely book through them again.

Our stay at Maggy’s Bet was amazing! The house is so charming and had everything we needed for our stay. There are enough fans in all rooms to keep everyone cool. The beach is only few steps away and that was huge for my kids. There’s only a ten-minute walk to the pier, restaurants and Palace Playland, making this house a perfect location. We all had a really great time!

This was the perfect house for our family. Very clean and updated. Had all the amenities of home. Close to the beach. The only issue we had is that we really love to have an outdoor shower for the kids. There was no door on the outdoor shower, so it was unusable. Also, when we arrived after four, the house was not ready and we had to wait a 1/2 hour to get in.
