What is your cancellation policy?
  • Once BVR receives 50% of the total balance due to book there will be limited cancellations or refunds. Our cancellation policy states “when GUEST cancels at least 60 days before check-in they will receive all funds they have paid, excluding the payment fee line item. If GUEST cancels 59 days prior to arrival GUEST will forfeit 100% of the total reservation.”

  • Policy can differ on online travel agencies such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

What do I need to know about check-in?

  • Bayley Vacation Rentals has contactless check-in for all homes. Your door code and instructions will be provided at 4 PM the day of arrival inside of your guidebook.

  • All information about the property can be viewed inside of your guest guidebook (example: how to work the TV, any specific instructions on items in the property, distance to the beach, etc)

  • There is no early parking allowed at the property as the spaces as reserved for staff and cleaners

What do I need to know about check-out?
  • Check-Out is 10 AM sharp. A fee of $200.00 per every 30 minutes after the Check-Out time shall be charged to the GUEST credit card on file if GUEST has not vacated the property by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

  • Please leave the beds AS IS

  • Please do not place any blankets/comforters in the linen bags.

  • Please be sure to report any damages or broken items. We will not be upset if the damage is reported, as this is a courtesy to the owner and future guests!

  • Please collect all trash and place it in the correct bins by 8 AM on the day of check out

  • Double-check for any personal items that you may have overlooked in all drawers/ under furniture/ under bed

  • Move furniture back to original spot ($50 fee will be charged to the card on file if the furniture is moved)

  • Empty the sink from dirty dishes. If there is a dishwasher in the unit please load the dishwasher and start. If there is no dishwasher please handwash dishes.

  • Please make sure that all windows and doors are locked

  • Wipe down inside and outside of the grill with the cleaner provided under the sink

  • If there is a garage door within your unit, please be sure that it has been closed

  • Turn off all lights

Do you allow pets?
  • For homes that DO allow dogs, there is a limit of 2 dogs per rental. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. We reserve the right to evict the pet and/ or the party at any time. Additionally, if you are staying in one of our homes that does NOT allow pets a $350 per pet penalty will be automatically charged to GUEST if evidence of a pet is found on PROPERTY.

What are your fees?
  • Processing Fee – This is the cost of processing your credit card. The amount is 5.5% of your total reservation.

  • Linen Fee – This fee is for your bed linens and bath towels per bed size. For a king bed-this would include fitted sheets, flat sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 body towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 makeup towels. For a twin, there would be sets of 1 (1 body towel, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel)

  • Admin Fee- A one-time charge of $250.00 will be added to each reservation for internal processing.

  • Damage Protection Fee – BVR will automatically add a $75.00 charge to your reservation for Accidental Rental Damage Protection that covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. Guest may decline the purchase of this program by agreeing to pay a security deposit of $3,000.00.

  • Cleaning Fee – There is a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee charged to each reservation. The fee is based upon the size of the home and the amount of time it will take cleaners to complete.

What is provided in my rental?
  • Your rental is fully furnished by room with beds, couches, bathrooms, kitchen, and at least 1 TV.

  • All kitchen essentials are included – dishes, pots & pans, kitchen towels, glass wear, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, & fridge. If extra kitchen items are provided you can find them inside of your Guidebook.

  • Bayley Vacation Rentals provides starter sets for paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen sponge, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, & trash bags. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

  • Internet is provided for each property

  • Items such as TV’s, DVD Players, hairdryers, beach towels, outdoor furniture, grills, and AC’s are considered extra amenities that are provided by the owner. In the event the property you booked has extra features, you can find them in your guidebook.

  • 1 Pillow per bed minimum

  • Broom / dustpan

  • Beach Chairs/Gear- Some properties do provide these items. To confirm please visit your guest portal.

  • Beach Towels

  • Personal toiletries

  • Sun products

  • Pantry Items – coffee, butter, salt, pepper, oil, spices

  • Foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags

  • Groceries

  • Condiments

  • We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

  • To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?

  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

  • We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

  • After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

  • Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
