If you are beach lovers this is the place for you. Pine Point is a dog friendly beach(look for rules and hours) and bike beach. Low tide offers hard packed sand. Great for running and walking!Lots of restaurants nearby and the cutest place just across the street, Salty Bay with a tavern only if you order food from Salty Bay so not a big bar scene just a few people and last call is 8:30! So perfect!It's great for a couple or a couple with young children.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious beach house. It is extremely well equipped and stocked in every way, from beach chairs to games and puzzles. The kitchen amenities and supplies are plentiful (we especially love the twin dishwashers) and made it easy to prepare meals for our for our multi-generational family of 14. The location is great, very easy beach access, and we rode the local trolley down to Old Orchard Beach for extra fun. There are also a few casual restaurants within short walking distance. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My family stayed at Driftwood Cottage over the (hottttt) 4th of July weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. BVR made check in easy, they were very responsive when we had a couple questions, and the house was well stocked with little things to make our stay easier. I don't think this will be our last stay 🙂

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15! It was beautifully decorated with a charming beach-themed style that made it feel warm, welcoming, and perfect for a coastal getaway. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless. The location couldn’t have been better—just a couple of miles from the Old Orchard Beach Boardwalk and only a short walk to the beach.We would absolutely stay here again! The only suggestion we have would be to add an outdoor shower, which would be a wonderful convenience after a day at the beach. That small addition would make this already 5 star property even more exceptional.

We had a great stay with Bayley Rentals. We stayed in Sand Life #1 which was extremely convenient (~1 minute walk to the beach). There were also enough convenience stores close by as well as a 15 minute walk to the main part of town. There was a good amount of room in the unit with a full living area/kitchen separate from the 2 bedrooms. The unit was a pretty fair value for the price and we would definitely recommend staying with this company as they are very responsive and available to answer any questions as needed during your stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation for eight adults and one two year-old. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The location to the beach was great and the beach was really nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to Portland and Kennebunkport. The rental company was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for 8 adults and one two year-old. The beach was beautiful and extremely close(walked down path). Portland was only 20 minutes away and Kennebunkport was about 30. Rental company was very attentive. House was clean.

Great beachfront location with an incredible view. Check in process was easy, be aware that the downstairs bar can be a little loud, but it didn’t take away from our time at all. The condo is very clean with lots of space.

Great view and plenty of space! Conveniently located, just be aware the downstairs bar can get a little noisy, but overall a great place to stay.
