We had a wonderful week in Old Orchard staying at a Bayley Vacation rental property. Their customer service is excellent, setting a high bar for other companies. From an easy and seamless booking, to answering my million questions, to dealing with switching the property, they have been responsive, patient, kind, and professional. I have no qualms about renting from them again. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.

This property is tucked away in a vibrant and welcoming community. The spacious beach house features three generously sized bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful stay.One of the property's greatest advantages is its convenient location. It is within walking distance of the beach, pharmacy, fresh produce stands, restaurants, and local attractions. A unique bonus is the opportunity to purchase freshly caught lobster and clams from a neighboring fisherman at a very reasonable price, perfect for preparing a delicious meal at the house.For those looking to explore the area, Portland is just a short 20-minute drive away. The host was outstanding throughout our stay...helpful, attentive, and highly responsive to any questions or needs. Overall, this is a wonderful property that offers comfort, convenience, and an authentic coastal experience.

Perfect for our girls' trip! We were able to walk to the beach, and the common spaces had plenty of space for games and relaxing together. The beds were comfy, and there are two full baths with plenty of towels. I also appreciated the provided firewood for the backyard fire pit, and the ice maker in the freezer!

Wonderful place to stay for our group of 6! It was a quick walk to the beach, and had a couple of food places nearby. Check-in and check-out were communicated well making it easy to get in and out. The air-conditioning worked so well we had to borrow blankets from our local friends!

Great place for families! The area is close to everything but away from the loudest part of the town. The mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced. The springs are a bit uncomfortable. We love everything else about Cottage #3!!
