Proximity to the beach is excellent. Front porch and deck great for gathering. The back yard also good but the bathrooms for the bar next door are very close to the house. A taller fence there would be nice. The bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. We had a hot week and the fans were needed. Alexandra from Bayley’s and the other staff were very responsive. The living room was small for the amount of people we had but we didn’t spend much time indoors. The kitchen areas were also small for meal prep. We communicated with the people in the house next door to clarify the parking and right of way of the driveway. All in all it was a great vacation stay for our extended family.
