We had a great stay with Bayley Rentals. We stayed

We had a great stay with Bayley Rentals. We stayed in Sand Life #1 which was extremely convenient (~1 minute walk to the beach). There were also enough convenience stores close by as well as a 15 minute walk to the main part of town. There was a good amount of room in the unit with a full living area/kitchen separate from the 2 bedrooms. The unit was a pretty fair value for the price and we would definitely recommend staying with this company as they are very responsive and available to answer any questions as needed during your stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation for eight adults and one two year-old. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The location to the beach was great and the beach was really nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to Portland and Kennebunkport. The rental company was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for 8 adults and one two year-old. The beach was beautiful and extremely close(walked down path). Portland was only 20 minutes away and Kennebunkport was about 30. Rental company was very attentive. House was clean.

Great beachfront location with an incredible view. Check in process was easy, be aware that the downstairs bar can be a little loud, but it didn’t take away from our time at all. The condo is very clean with lots of space.

Great view and plenty of space! Conveniently located, just be aware the downstairs bar can get a little noisy, but overall a great place to stay.

Our group of 4 adults (from 3 families) and 4 kids loved this home and its location. Walking distance to the beach but nestled a couple blocks off the “main drag” in a quiet neighborhood made it perfect for all of us!It’s also very convenient to the airport as well as all areas of Portland,

Excellent rental for our family of 6 adults and 3 children! The home was spacious and everyone had their privacy while enjoying lots of space to dine and visit together. We called the property management for a couple small questions and they were immediately addressed. The short walk to the beach was a definite plus!

The property is just so great. It is exactly where you want to be when visiting OOB, 2 min walk from the beach! The contact with the hosts/property mgmt team was wonderful and speedy. Everything was addressed and their app was great. It is an electric key, and also includes guides on things to see, do, places to eat etc. very helpful. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they were very quick to respond and address the issue and provide a drying rack while we waited for the problem to be resolved. I'd def stay here again with my family. We loved it.
