Ground floor was not the best. We could hear everyone above us. The patio faces the busy street. Our first night, random people were peeking into our windows so we never had our blinds open the entire time. For the price, the check in and check out times were disappointing. Having to use the antiquated key lock box each time of entry to the building was also cumbersome, as our hands were usually full and the lock wasn’t the smoothest. In hindsight, I wish the property was listed as ground floor with details of check-in time as well as acknowledging that the train runs in close proximity (<1 block away) and frequently, as it was extremely loud at 10pm and 6am.
