We have been vacationing multiple years in OOB/Pine Point area. This was a GREAT find/location for grand kids, with a short walk to beach, a bit more than 3 mins., w a 3 & 5 year old :), but totally do-able! There is a grassy yard for kids to play in when not on the beach. The next door neighbors (owners) introduced themselves, and offered their kiddie pool if we wanted some off beach water fun! So nice! The house was clean, comfortable~and had everything we needed. Kudos to Owners & Property Manager on this well done property/experience! Looking forward to next summer already! Kim R.
