The Otis House

The first thing you notice as you step inside the Otis House is a gorgeous fireplace in the living area that gives the room an intimate yet elegant appeal. There is ample, comfortable seating so you can huddle around the fire or kick back and watch a movie on the sizable flatscreen tv. Adjacent is the dining/kitchen area. The dining room table comfortably seats four, and additional seating is available at the counter that doubles as a bar top. The kitchen is well-lit and fully equipped with modern amenities.

Rounding out the bottom floor is one of the two bathrooms and the primary bedroom, which offers ample storage space for clothes and a flatscreen tv. Moving on to the second floor, the final two bedrooms and bathroom are located at the end of the hall. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and private tv, and the other with a twin bunk bed. The opposite end of the hall opens up into a spacious den furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flatscreen tv.

When staying at the Otis House, you can forget about searching for parking because the beach is only 25 yards from your front door. Pine Point Beach is much more calm and more serene than Old Orchard, and after a day of relaxing, you can shower off any pesky sand in your convenient outdoor shower. If you’re not ready to go inside, then you can enjoy the sound and smell of the ocean from one of this home’s two balconies.
