The Cove

The Cove has everything you could ever want in a vacation home and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The downstairs living area is spacious with brand-new furnishings, a smart tv, and ample seating for friends and family to gather. A high-top bar area which seats 4, can also be used for a work/study area that is situated adjacent to the kitchen. The elegant and newly updated kitchen has spacious, bright cabinets, a beautiful backsplash, and flooring with a full-size dining area.

Perfect for cooking, the fully equipped kitchen has all the cooking essentials with upgraded amenities, including a Keurig, ninja, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The first-floor main bathroom has a shower/tub combo, spacious double vanity, convenient outlets, storage cabinet, and multiple lighting options.

The cozy downstairs bedroom has ample closet space and a plush queen-sized bed. The stackable Miele washer/dryer and additional half bath are conveniently located by the back door, so you can keep your beach clothes fresh and clean.

On the second floor of the home are two additional bedrooms. The well-decorated upstairs master bedroom suite includes a queen-sized bed with a newly added half bath and has plenty of storage space for all your beach gear. The front bedroom has two twin beds with pull-out twin trundles beneath, situated in a fun cozy space. Between the bedrooms is a cozy reading nook with shelves full of books, puzzles, and games for all ages to explore. Off the reading nook holds a quiet ‘Harry Potter’ room perfect for playtime or an afternoon napping spot. This beautiful vacation home is only a three-minute walk to Pine Point Beach and restaurants and provides quick access to kayaking on the Nonesuch River. Beach chairs are provided as well as toys, boogie boards, and a beach cart to help you carry all your beach day necessities. Several popular local restaurants are within walking distance as well. When not enjoying Pine Point Beach, you can relax on the deck or picnic table and savor the ocean air or grill up some burgers on the available outdoor grill. Parking space can hold up to 3 vehicles. Just next door is its sister property, The Hidden Cove, a lovely summer rental that sleeps four guests if you have a larger party.
