Family Tides

Family Tides is every bit as unique as it is beautiful. The foyer leads into the open-concept living and dining space, where an ornamental fireplace accents the room’s warm and welcoming appeal. The refectory-style table in the dining room comfortably seats up to ten people, and a cozy breakfast nook provides even more seating to accommodate all of your family and friends. Vacations are for relaxing, which is why two wine coolers are set in this room for easy and convenient access. Adjacent to this area is the pristine, modern kitchen with ample appliances, including a chef’s oven with a range cooktop and a large stainless steel double-door fridge.

The sizable main suite, located on the first floor, contains a comfortable king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. Attached is the private master bathroom with dual sinks, a tile shower, and an elegant porcelain bathtub. Four additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, including one with its own king-sized bed and private bathroom. Young children will love the kids’ bedroom, which contains two bunk beds, both with pull-out full-size mattresses tucked below, allowing the room to sleep up to 10 people. The kids’ bedroom also has its own sitting area as well as a tastefully designed full bathroom.

On the third floor of this beautiful home is a workout space for the adults and a play area for the children. As this home accommodates up to 14 people, two laundry rooms have been installed for your convenience.
