Quiet condo
Other than a few glitches with fuses being tripped, our stay was great! Management responded quickly. The pool and outdoor game area was a favorite.
Ideal place for a week in OOB with our family; room to spread out, something for everyone, and all the conveniences of home.
Lived up to my expectations. All five family members liked the space: 2 adults and 3 children (2, 9, and 10). Listing was very accurate. Would definitely recommend. What’s not in the listing, but I thought was especially nice was that it was an end unit (and at the end of the property right next to the woods) so there was lots of privacy. Also didn’t know about the roll-away cot in the bedroom closet upstairs — could have used that for our toddler instead of her portable crib. Linens and towels were plenty and there were more than enough pillows (with all the extras in the bedroom closet). Only thing we couldn’t find was bedding for the sleep sofa in living room; saw a blanket but no sheets. Nice and clean and a relaxing space. I especially liked all of the windows and sky lights that made each room feel airy and bright. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication. When we first arrived, I had a couple questions which were answered very promptly when I called.

This is a beautiful condo in an amazing location. Only 2 blocks from the beach and an outdoor pool, gym and tennis courts in the condo complex. It is also only a mile from the pier and restaurants.
The only thing important to be aware of is, only 1 of the 2 bedrooms is air conditioned (the bed with the 2 twin beds is not). We found it very difficult to get the room to a cool enough temperature for comfortable sleeping, especially because it’s on the 3rd floor. You’ll also want to bring as sleep mask, as both bedrooms are bright (lacking skylight shades).
Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and Allison was very helpful and responsive.
