This place was very nice and plenty of room for the family. I loved watching the parking lot out on the deck, it was very amusing, the parking guys were great to watch. The water view was ok and road was also ok.

Early Riser
If you are an early riser you will love this location, central to all of Old Orchard Beach. If you like to sleep in this might not be the ideal place. Very active parking lot right outside with garbage trucks, deliveries and beach parking with attendants playing music loudly

Great condo & location
This is a great condo! The owner was very responsive to any questions/requests we had. The condo complex is well maintained with very helpful people manning the front desk. Great location and perfect for families.
Great place & location!
We all loved the place, it was very clean and was exactly like the photos that were online. It was located steps away from the beach, restaurants and the pier and we didn’t have to drive anywhere except going to the outlets on a rainy day.

Great place!
This was our 3rd year in a row visiting Old Orchard and our stays keep getting better and better. This condo was CLEAN and the location is superb! Our family of 6 loved every aspect this place had to offer from friendly staff, easy access to beach, the indoor pool, and a large condo with 2 well cleaned large bathrooms 😊 definitely hope to stay at this building again. It had a very nice side balcony that gave a good view of the ocean and while I may try to find an end unit (beachfront facing) next time, I would absolutely return to this exact condo. Loved our stay.
