We loved our stay in Pine Point! My family and I have been vacationing here for over two decades and love the quaint vibes of the area that were replicated quite nicely in the house. We specifically loved the outdoor shower, covered back porch, backyard, functionality of the updated kitchen, and decor. The location of the house is perfect for accessing the beach as well as a few small stores. The hosts were communicative and helpful! While the price was a bit higher than we would have liked to pay, our experience was largely worth it. Thank you for a great vacation!

The location to the beach was great. The extra fees were not necessary. Damage waiver fee, resort fee (it was a single family home on a side street), tax, stay tax, service fee.

Despite cooler temps and a little rain, we had a
Despite cooler temps and a little rain, we had a wonderful stay at the Beachwood. It was nice being close to the beach for our daily walks. Also appreciated the big backyard for frisbee and the screened porch for nightly board games. We went to Dairy Corner every day. They have Gluten Free cones for those with Celiac and it was only a 6 min. drive. Thank you for another enjoyable stay!

Great place Location was excellent and there are many activities nearby. The beach was just across the street!
Great beach location
We had a fantastic stay in this beach house. We within a very short distance of many great amenities, including a beach side carnival. We were able to explore Portland and the nearby beaches. The house has a lovely patio where we played games and even made s'mores in the backyard.
Cozy beach cottage
The house was amazing and we had such a great time! It was plenty roomy for 7 adults and a really nice place. It was a quick stroll to the beach, basically right across the street. A huge backyard with a nice fire pit and an outdoor shower to wash your feet off. The management company was kind and checked up on us via text to ensure we knew how to reach them if needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

This house is wonderful, with a great back yard and quick walk to the beach. Our family loved staying here and looking forward to booking again!
Our Family Vacation
We had such a wonderful week. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach was amazing! The kids loved the whole experience. We would absolutely come back!

Incredible beach location while passing through on way to Acadia. Would love to stay here again at Old Orchard beach!
Clean cottage in a great location
My family enjoyed our stay here and loved being such a short walk from the beach and only 5 minutes from the Old Orchard pier area. The house is very clean and has everything you need, however if you are traveling with a toddler I recommend bringing a safety gate for the stairs.

Right next to the beach as advertised. Good food options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect Beach Cottage
Perfect location, perfectly clean, perfectly equipped, and perfectly relaxing.
Clean and cozy
This cottage was very clean and worked great for our family. The pictures and virtual tour were spot-on, as the cottage looked just as it did online. Unlike other places we've rented in the past that have left us feeling dirty or that the owner hadn't actually cleaned the place, this cottage left us feeling clean and like we were staying at a place a bit more upscale than the typical rental. The kitchen is more than adequate for a single family, the backyard is a decent size (brand new outdoor furniture arrived during our stay), and being able to walk across the street to the beach is priceless.
The only things that could be improved (from our perspective) would be having a walk-in shower (instead of the claw tub) so younger kids can get in/out of the shower easier, having 4 chairs at the kitchen table (there were only 2), and adding some additional chairs to the back porch so everyone can enjoy the space there (again, only 2 chairs). Overall though, it was a very nice property and we'd highly recommend it!
