For winter we offer a tenant service finding fee for the amount of one month’s rent. The services include:
Place sign at the property and directional signs
Conduct Credit, Background & Eviction Checks
Verify tenants references
Prepare lease & arrange for signing by all parties
Collect security deposits & 1st months rent
Provide the landlord with written recommendations of the tenant
**We do not choose the tenant for you. We will recommend the tenant by providing all information found during the screening process. It is the Owner’s responsibility to accept or deny the applicant. **
