This property is tucked away in a vibrant and welcoming community. The spacious beach house features three generously sized bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful stay. One of the property's greatest advantages is its convenient location. It is within walking distance of the beach, pharmacy, fresh produce stands, restaurants, and local attractions. A unique bonus is the opportunity to purchase freshly caught lobster and clams from a neighboring fisherman at a very reasonable price, perfect for preparing a delicious meal at the house. For those looking to explore the area, Portland is just a short 20-minute drive away. The host was outstanding throughout our stay...helpful, attentive, and highly responsive to any questions or needs. Overall, this is a wonderful property that offers comfort, convenience, and an authentic coastal experience.”

The pictures don’t do this place justice and the pictures are great to begin with! Everything in the house that was available to use definitely had the guests comfort in mind. We had 7 adults, 1 kid, and 2 pups and had plenty of space. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly parents while the rest of us had the second floor to ourselves. The host was very communicative as well and extremely helpful. There is so much to do within walking distance of this rental as well.

Nice property on the quite side of the strip. Very close to the beach and walkable to a few great eating spots. Easy into Scarborough and Portland or down blackpoint and into Cape Elizabeth. Really nice stay.

Nautical View was a perfect Maine vacation. Steps from the pristine Saco Bay beach, close enough to walk to Old Orchard Beach and a short drive into Portland. The house is beachy, bright and clean. All bedrooms accept for one have an ocean view. Plenty of bathrooms for 8 people. Beds and pillows were super comfy. There are some beach essentials in the shed under the stairs but bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is roomy and well appointed but bring your own storage containers for leftovers. Plenty of parking, about 4 spaces. Our hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. The neighbors were friendly. We hope to find another time to visit this beautiful property.

Superbe emplacement près de la plage. Cuisine bien équipée. J adore les produits d entretient et corporel en quantité suffisante et que dire de la petite boîte d articles si on en a oublié. Très belle attention. Tout était propre et fidèle à l annonce sauf les BBQ que nous n avons pas trouvé. Hôte très disponible. Un gros WOW

Our family visits OOB every summer for the past 5 years and this is the second time we've stayed in this unit. The location is great if you want to be right close to the pier and Palace Playland. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. OOB has a lot of "beach food", which is great, but if you want a break from eating out, then having a kitchen is clutch. We would definitely stay here again.
