Great location. Less than .2 mile walk to the beach. Clear view of ocean from the house. The fenced in yard was nice to allow pet to go out for a few minutes without a leash. It was also relaxing to have the fire pit or play a few games of cornhole with the boards at the house. The sunroom had lots of games , beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy all hours of the day.
