Location was amazing! I could not have chose a better location steps to the beach, ocean view from roof deck, and a quick walk to pier. Perfect combination of peace and quiet but also the nightlife at the strip near by. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and checked in to make sure arrival was ok and asked if we needed anything. Old orchard beach itself was so nice. We have previously done Hampton and this felt like a huge upgrade. Police presence at pier made me feel safe with my teen walking around without me. No riff raff to be seen. I would stay here again and have already started talking about plans for next summer
