Right behind beach. One house back but some water views from unit. We were there in mid October past the high season. Very calm and peaceful there. Probably the cleanest vrbo rental I ever stayed in. Clearly a full remodel had been recently done. Bayley property manager is top tier, and stayed in touch and made sure we had a good experience.

The beach was just at the end of our block. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The property management was very responsive.

Great place Location was excellent and there are many activities nearby. The beach was just across the street!

We had a great time at OOB! The unit is right in the middle of the action. Easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the beach. We stay at the Grand Victorian every year.

This is a beautiful condo and location is a short walk to the beach. Having 2 parking spaces was so convenient. This was a great find and we will be back!
