The property is very nice, clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach – we loved being able to head back for lunch and a sun break. The pier and restaurants are walkable, but your far enough that its not crazy busy. As others have noted, the train is close by – but it didn’t bother us or our kids. Communication with the ‘host’ company was great. Would definitely stay here again!
