Our family of 14 (7 adults and 7 kids from 1-9yrs) had a perfect week at Family Tides! We loved the one-block walk to the uncrowded and beautiful beach, with many beach chairs provided by the host (although be aware, no beach towels were provided and there’s no outdoor shower to rinse off). The large house itself is spectacular, exceptionally well-designed and decorated, comfortable and clean, with flexible spaces for all ages and a very large open great room with plenty of dining and relaxing space. The amazing kitchen (2 dishwashers, six-burner gas stove) and the walk-in pantry were very well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, easy to take walks or go for a run. We really enjoyed being near several dining and activity options, and especially liked the short easy drive to unique Old Orchard Beach fun! We would definitely return to stay again at this special property.

The house was well furnished and extremely comfortable. The location 2 blocks from the beach (5 min walk) was perfect. The Bayley team was very helpful throughout the stay.

We just got back from an incredible vacation at Bayleys 5 bedroom house sunshine day dream in Old Orchard. It was an amazing house with plenty of extras. Everyone loved the outside shower. Bayleys was amazing and even brought us a gift bag with a gift certificate for Lobsters! We will be back. Thank you

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at this gorgeous house! We are super familiar with the area, as my husband's family has a home down the block, so I can say with certainty that this place is true gem in Scarborough/Pine Point. There's an expansive porch, perfect for morning coffee and intimate dinners, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms with both drawer space and hangers, a giant yet warm living space and dining room... honestly, there's so much to love. Everything is clean, new, bright, and welcoming. Communication with the Bayley's team was seamless and perfect, really. 5 stars all around! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Probably the cleanest rental experience I’ve ever had. I always go places prepared and anticipate washing/wiping things down. I didn’t feel the need to do any of that. The fact that the space was fresh and updated helped. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy. The unit had everything you could need on a family vacation.

Close to the beach, trolley stop and easy drive to Resturants and friends. Had a great time. The grill is not pellet and the fire pit is not gas but we used them with no problem. There were some beach chairs to use on the beach. Nice deck on top. The drive in had a large pothole.

Super close to the beach!! Clean and welcoming!! Recommendtions: Area rugs as we tracked in quite a bit of sand, another ac unit in one of the bedrooms off the kitchen. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend stay here to others!

Several things stand out about our stay at this property: Sleeping arrangements were perfect, 1st floor bedroom for Grammy, 2nd floor had great set-up for Mom n Dad with attached suite for children. Plenty of room for several children. And an additional 2nd floor bedroom for auntie. Beautiful ocean views, 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach along a private beach walk. We loved the beach and how close it was to the house. The property was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. only thing missing was a beach wagon. Outdoor shower isn't working but, there was a warm water hose to clean off sandy feet. The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware etc. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will be back.
