Nice location, no yard

We did love the location and that it was only a few minutes walk to the beach – perfect… The only thing I would change about the location is the sound of the train 🙂 the house itself is a little bit dated and could use upgrades, but given its location that’s easily forgiven. Beds were comfortable and water Pressure was good. Wish there was a Keurig instead of a drip. Couches were limited for space and there is no dining table. It would be challenging for more than three or four people to stay here comfortably. The best part was being able to have the dogs with us. Thank you!

Very nice home for a long weekend getaway
Great home for a long weekend getaway with the family. The instructions provided were perfect. Staff communicated very well and we really enjoyed our stay.

This house has plenty of space, a quite neighborhood and great location. We had a few issues with things being dirty and appliances not working, but these were taken care of quickly and efficiently. BVR was great to work with
Not what I expected for the money
There are some adjustments that needs to be made. For the money spent for 3 nights, I expected a little more. But overall it accommodated all of us and we enjoyed our stay Thank you
Great spot for families!
Our daughter and her friends loved the independence of walking to the beach and the boardwalk. Great spot for families and teens!
3 Generations at the Beach
We had a lovely time! The location is excellent. Although the place technically sleeps 8, it would be more comfortable for a group of 5-6.
perfection location!!
perfection location!! the beach was a stone’s throw away (5 min walk) and close to little shops, markets and beach/snack stands. (we especially enjoyed tami lynn’s place — a little market right around the corner).
the house was large enough for our group of 7 (+ one dog!) and was comfy. I was also really appreciative that dogs were welcome.
if you’re looking for an easy spot near the water in old orchard beach, i’d def recommend allison’s place.
Nice house close to the beach
This house accommodated our group quite nicely! The home was clean, property was nice. Unfortunately it rained for most of the time we were here, but despite this the house never felt crowded. On the day it was not raining, it was only a short, easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach; about 15 +/- walk to the pier. I would definitely recommend this home if you have a larger family/ group that you're traveling with!
The property was very close to the beach
The property was very close to the beach by walk and they even have a trolly for you to put all your gear in and pull it to the beach easily! It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and it was very spacious to accommodate 6 of us on our family trip!
Would stay again
Very clean home. Big enough for larger family. Quick walk to the beach. Very responsive rental agency. We’ll appointed kitchen allowed me to cook comfortably. Two full bathrooms was great.
Great home for week’s stay near the beach
Other than a few very minor issues upon our arrival (inoperative microwave (replaced), broken can opener (replaced), and clogged upstairs bathroom sink), the house was clean and spacious. The only problem, but not a surprise, was the nearby train tracks.

This house was perfect for me and my family! It had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen! I would highly recommend this house! Perfect location! Awesome water pressure in the shower is also a bonus!
