What a great stay! Things that are just extra nice when traveling like layout, ice maker, extra bedding and towels, washer/dryer, excellent shower water pressure, house heats up nicely, grocery store 10 mins away, cozy and convenient.
Great Location
We stayed for a week at this property. I was very pleased with my stay. The description of the property was very accurate and I had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, totally walkable to the beach and the fun at the pier. The house was clean and had everything you’d have in your own home. The yard was amazing, with a grill and fire pit. The deck was nice to sit and enjoy the evenings or in the morning with a cup of coffee.
Great House, Great location
We had a wonderful stay in OOB and this house was perfect for our family. It’s very comfortable and is well equipped – with lots of extras too. Kids loved the basketball net, the firepit, the games… The location is very close to the local food market, and main tourist souvenir shops and only a 15 minute walk to the beach down Walnut street. Highly recommended!

Terrific house near the beach
The house was super well equipped with everything you need and comfy beds too. Lots of pleasant surprises including games, bikes, basketball net...The Pier and beach are a 15 minute walk and groceries only a 5 minute walk away. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in OOB.

This was an extremely convenient home! It was clean, in an excellent location, and we all had a blast! I would 100% stay here again.
Great Stay
We had a great stay here in June 2022! The house was well equipped with bedding, towels, and everything you need for a fun day at the beach! There are even bikes if you choose to ride to the beach (we walked or drove since we had small kids). The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc). There's a cute grocery store about a block away to stock up on necessities which was super convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful and we really enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit in the cool evenings. Good to know that two of the bedrooms are in the lower level (garden level, not true basement), adjacent to the laundry room. The floor plan is a bit funky, but all beds were comfy and warm. Basement had a bit of a musty smell upon entry which was somewhat helped by opening windows. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you have kids!

Cute home in quiet area outside of Portland! Enjoyed proximity to beach and pier area. Easy drive to Portland. House had all the essentials. Good stay overall!

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay for a wedding in the fall. Close to the beach and probably great during the summer but during the off season it was pretty quiet in old orchard beach

Place is beautiful
Place is beautiful. Perfect for 7 adults and three kids. We had a blast and the house literally had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, bikes and even corn hole. Perfect location from the boardwalk. Walking distance for sure. Def recommend.
