The property is at the end of King street in Pine Point. Due to its location there was little traffic during the week, and it was very quiet. The outside of the house was rustic and not usable, but the enclosed back yard was well maintained. Inside, the house was very clean when we arrived. There were fans in every room and they maintained a nice cool environment. The large kitchen was well furnished and a nice focal point for many conversations and easy to work in. The gem of the house was the large living room with an adjacent porch with views out to the marsh A beautiful and very restful setting. The kids loved the basement which had a pool /ping pong table, and an air hockey game and three beds. Upstairs in the split level there were 3 bedrooms that were adequate size and another bedroom in the bssement level. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained but two were a bit small for a family.the beauty of the house was that it was expansive and Everybody hadcspacectondo whatever they wanted even during rainy days. We would definitely come back. It is a good find
