Overall good experience with this property. We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years in NH, ME and Cape Cod so we have realistic expectations and do our research. We enjoyed the backyard and porch and the easy walk to the pier and beach. We found parking on the property difficult. The driveway is very narrow with stone walls on both sides. We were unable to park in the back because of the owners vehicle was blocking access and contradicts the pictures and listing. Everything was functional as expected. One of the bedrooms had a king bed which did not match the pictures. The 2nd floor bathroom needs updating.
