I was nervous when the weather report came thru to expect 90s that the window units wouldn’t be able to handle keeping my dad comfortable, but it was great and we didn’t blow a fuse! It’s a quirky old house but it’s the third house from the beach. Location couldn’t have been better for the price. The roses were in bloom in June and it was a dreamy, aromatic walk to the beach. Beach did have a fair amount of seaweed :/ Host was very responsive. No significant issues.
