My family and I rented the house for a few days in early August 2025. I had originally reserved through vrbo, but there were a few snags w/ my credit card and also we needed to modify the dates a bit. The folks at Bayley reached out and were very helpful in getting everything straightened out. The check-in and check-out process was all over text message and the web and it went very smoothly. The house was great, we had 3 kids under 15 and two adults. Very clean and well stocked with towels, tp, paper towels and all kitchen related things you might need if you want to cook a meal. We didn’t end up using it, but was really thankful to see a shed full of firewood for the fire pit. We had originally wanted to get a house closer to Old Orchard Beach but having never been to the area, we were really happy we decided on this house which is about 2.5 miles away – it was very quiet at night and the beach wasn’t that crowded which was a plus for us.
